• Consented through a signup form, newsletter subscription, or purchase process
• Given verifiable consent, which you must retain in your records

2. Prohibited List Practices

You may not upload or use email lists that:

• Were purchased, rented, or obtained from third parties
• Were scraped or harvested from websites, social media, or public directories
• Do not contain evidence of prior consent from each contact

3. Email Content Requirements

• Clearly identify yourself or your company as the sender
• Use accurate and truthful subject lines and headers
• Include a valid and visible physical mailing address
• Include a working unsubscribe link in every email
• Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly (within 7 days)

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Gridape actively monitors user activity, complaints, and delivery reputation. We reserve the right to take action against any account that violates this policy, including:

• Suspension or termination of the user’s account
• Requiring proof of opt-in and list origin
• Reporting the violation to blacklists or legal authorities

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of Gridape, you are fully responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with applicable anti-spam laws, including but not limited to:

• The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) guidelines
• CAN-SPAM Act (U.S. based recipients)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if applicable

Failure to comply may result in service suspension and legal liability.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you receive an unsolicited email that you believe originated from our platform, please report it immediately by forwarding the email to abuse@gridape.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
